Service usually means that we come out and fix something, in which case you want it done quickly, inexpensively and at your convenience. We go well beyond that type of service for you.

We want to help our customers make sense of the immature industry we live and work in. The industry is less than 30 years old and has not matured. There are 150+ manufacturers making about 400,000 tubs per year in the United States. Needless to say, some are a lot better at making quality tubs than others. With many hundreds of dealers, there are lots of combinations of difference of opinions, quality, directions for use, choices of chemical programs, and beliefs about how best to take care of customer’s needs. After nearly 30 years in business, we are experts in not only helping solve our customer’s problems, but also preventing them from occurring in the first place.

To us, service means that selling you a hot tub means the beginning of our relationship, not the end result of a “hurry up and sell” attitude. With that in mind, our philosophy of service is as follows:

We are here to help you get set up properly from the get-go with everything from proper instructions to electricians for proper wiring. We have teaching in place to explain to you how your tub works mechanically so you understand what to expect. We teach you how to start your tub after it is wired. We tell you how to add chemicals and advise you carefully on how to maintain your tub with the least amount of hassle and time, and keep it clean without any exposure to harmful chemicals. We teach you how to clean filters without causing mechanical problems to your tub and thereby save you money on repairs. We teach proper care of your expensive filters so as to get the most use out of each one, and protect your delicate electronic components from suffering damage.

These are things some dealers want you “not to know”; so their service department is more profitable. We are environmentally oriented and don’t like to see waste of time, money, energy, fuel, or labor. We can conserve your time, money, and downtime, and are glad to do it.

Lastly, we have factory-trained personnel on hand to solve mechanical problems. We have thousands of dollars in parts on hand in our store and on our service trucks. We know how to solve problems. We are timely in our service and prioritize our own customers before anyone who did not buy their hot tub from us, to minimize your wait time.
